JD Hilzendager

John “JD” Hilzendager currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ViaOne Services and as a board member for NaLA and Good Gaming. With over 22 years of experience in the wireless industry, he joined ViaOne Services in 2015, bringing with him a deep and comprehensive understanding of executive leadership and the telecommunications sector. JD’s extensive background enables him to drive improvements across sales, operations, logistics, compliance, systems, and reporting processes. He was honored with the AT&T Summit Award and is a three-time recipient of the Verizon Wireless Winner’s Circle award. JD graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.S. in Applied Technology and is passionate about developing and mentoring the next generation of young leaders.
