Danielle is TruConnect’s Chief Compliance Officer, where she is responsible for leading all compliance and regulatory-related aspects of the organization. Danielle holds over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with 15 of those years being focused on the Lifeline program. Danielle serves as the Chair of the Regulatory and Government Affairs Committee (RAGAC), where she leads the charge in shaping and driving industry compliance, while helping keep NaLA at the forefront of key government and regulatory developments emerging from Washington.

As the COO of ViaOne Services, JD is responsible for shaping the strategy of the company’s two ETCs within its business portfolio. With over 24 years of experience in the wireless industry and 10 years in Lifeline, JD brings a wealth of knowledge in navigating the operational and regulatory complexities of the industry. His extensive background spans agent distribution, in-store operations, and e-comm efforts, giving him a unique perspective on how to optimize compliance and efficiency across all facets of the Lifeline ecosystem.

Jen Rose is the Director of Compliance at i-wireless, where she ensures regulatory standards and internal policies are met. With over 15 years of experience, she is an expert in managing the full product lifecycle, from development to ongoing compliance monitoring, and a special focus on risk mitigation while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previously, she held roles such as Director of Product Management, where she managed the P&L for both Kroger Wireless and i-wireless product lines, driving strategic partnerships and operational compliance.

Kristi is a successful entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and strategy. She specializes in helping companies build high-quality, compliant agent sales teams. Kristi brings RAGAC the unique ability to blend technical and regulatory knowledge with agent relationships in the field to drive success.

As VP of Product Development at CGM, Alex is a dynamic leader focused on helping organizations streamline Lifeline compliance and enrollment processes. Alex’s focus is optimizing efficiency, reducing churn, and ensuring full program compliance, as well as empowering Lifeline carriers to expedite their time to market and improve subscriber retention. His leadership is key in helping providers navigate the complexities of compliance while maximizing profitability and operational efficiency.
