About the NaLA Annual Conference

The NaLA Annual Conference brings together Lifeline ETCs, Distributors, Suppliers, and Advocates to discuss the important issues facing Lifeline and to identify future opportunities within the program. The Lifeline community still has obstacles to overcome in the fight to protect the Lifeline Program for the Americans it serves. The Lifeline Program provides affordable mobile telephony and broadband servers to low income Americans who may be retired, disabled or looking for work. Hundreds of Lifeline professionals gather each year to collaborate and hear from industry experts so that they can better serve the low income consumers who rely on the service that the program provides.
